What Pandai Is

Vibe-coding made every engineering role AI-augmentable. Indonesia is short on people who can ship that work.

Pandai is an Indonesian AI engineering program by Metatech. Every BUMN is hiring. Komdigi committed to 100,000 AI talents per year under Kepmen Kominfo 117/2024. The supply doesn’t exist yet.

Two products, one curriculum. Pandai Open is free, async, anyone — the 12-week video curriculum, the exercises, the SHIP projects. Watch it on your phone in Surabaya. Pandai Cohort is the paid, in-person, 30-seat program in Jakarta — same curriculum plus the operational simulator, real-client capstone, and placement pipeline.

Hacktiv8 trains coders. Pandai trains operators. The difference is incidents, scope changes, on-call rotations, and shipping into regulated environments — not just code that compiles.
